Mookie and the Bab are an Americana inspired Indie/Folk band from the UK, with an organic sound inspired by their travels around America, with lyrical themes of nature and the climate crisis. Their latest single, ‘Goldrush’ is the second release from their upcoming ‘Goldrush’ EP. ‘Goldrush’ is a driving but hypnotic folk/rock song that blends the organic sounds of acoustic instruments with atmospheric choral vocal harmonies, and lyrics that speak of finding one’s way through tough times.
